Our clearance range offers huge discounts on an array of designer furnishings from ex-showroom samples, to discontinued products and finishes in brand new condition.

To help you make an informed decision on your purchase, we have clearly outlined the condition of each item following the below scaling system in the product description;
A | Brand new (new and boxed/packaged, discontinued finishes/stock)
B | Ex-sample - as new (as new, no signs of wear) 
C | Ex-sample - good condition (good condition, some minor signs of wear such as small marks or scuffs)
D | Ex-sample - used condition (used condition, signs of wear or damage including scratches)
E | Damaged stock (may require repair)

Please note we do not offer delivery with our clearance items, collection is from our warehouse in Botany, NSW
